Circle of Stardust

A Wellness and Ritual circle for women who are seeking a slow, intentional & whole way of being by tending to their body, mind, heart & wild spirit

Rooted in ancient ways of gathering and informed by modern, evidence-based nervous system practices, Circle of Stardust weaves together wellness and mindfulness practices, neuroscience and somatic bodywork with non-religious ceremony and ritual.

This integrated approach invites a deeper connection to body, mind, heart and spirit, provides knowledge and tools to support you in everyday life and welcomes you into a felt sense of community among women.

a look inside stardust

  • Circle of Stardust is for women who are seeking a slower, more intentional way of tending to themselves and their nervous systems.

This circle may be a good fit if you:

    • Feel drawn to learning practical nervous system regulation tools in a gentle, embodied way

    • Are curious about somatic movement (body movement), mindfulness-based stress reduction practices, and body awareness

    • Value ritual, reflection, and sound healing meditation as supportive tools for integration and meaning-making

    • Are seeking consistency and continuity rather than one-off experiences

    • Appreciate learning within a small group that honours pacing, consent, and lived experience

    • Want tools you can return to between gatherings and carry into daily life

    • Feel called to connect with other women in a way that is grounded, intentional, and non-performative

Circle of Stardust is especially supportive for those navigating situational or chronic stress, transition, emotional overwhelm, or a desire to feel more resourced and connected within their bodies, hearts, mind and spirit.

  • Each Circle of Stardust gathering follows a consistent and supportive rhythm, allowing participants to build familiarity, confidence, and embodied understanding over time. The series is intentionally cumulative, with each session gently building on the last.

The focus is not mastery or performance, but developing relationship and trust in the body’s natural capacity for regulation and restoration.

  • Circle of Stardust unfolds over five thoughtfully curated gatherings that weave together nervous system education, somatic movement, ritual, sound, and reflection. A familiar structure across sessions allows the body to settle while understanding and practice deepen gradually.

  • Session One: Grounding and Awareness

Theme: Introduction to the Nervous System and Somatic Awareness
An introduction to nervous system regulation, foundational anatomy, and somatic awareness. Gentle movement supports noticing sensation and pacing, followed by sound meditation and reflection to support grounding and orientation.

    Session Two: Breath and Regulation

Theme: Breath as a Bridge Between Body and Nervous System
Exploring breath, rhythm, and the diaphragm as accessible tools for nervous system regulation. Somatic practices support breath flow and ease, with sound and journaling supporting integration.

    Session Three: Tension and Release

Theme: Working with Held Patterns in the Body
Understanding how stress and emotion are held in the body, with gentle somatic practices that support release while maintaining containment. Sound and reflection support integration.

    Session Four: Emotional Regulation

Theme: Supporting Regulation Through the Vagus Nerve
Learning about the vagus nerve and its role in emotional steadiness, connection, and nervous system resilience. Practices are paired with sound and intuitive voice to deepen integration.

    Session Five: Integration and Continuity

    Theme: Bringing the Practices Together
All practices are brought together through the full nervous system regulation protocol. Extended sound meditation, reflection, and closing ritual support integration and carrying the work forward beyond the circle.

    • A progressive introduction to nervous system regulation practices

    • Foundational understanding of nervous system anatomy and function

    • Practical somatic tools you can use between gatherings and beyond the series

    • Opportunities for reflection, ritual, and integration through sound and journaling

    • A small, intentional group experience that honours pacing, consent, and lived experience

Circle of Stardust invites you to slow down, listen to your body, and cultivate a sustainable relationship with regulation, connection, and restoration.

The experience

  • BODY & MIND

    Nervous System Regulation Practices

Each circle includes gentle, accessible nervous system regulation practices informed by the Institute of Applied Somatics Nervous System Regulation Practitioner Training. These practices support body awareness, regulation, and self-connection, and are designed to be practical and supportive between monthly gatherings.

  • HEART & SPIRIT

    Circle and Ceremony

Circle offers a facilitated space for reflection, knowledge sharing, relational presence, and intentional non-religious rituals to cultivate a sense of authentic connection and community. This is a non-performative, grounded environment where participants are invited to show up as they are, move at their own pace, and experience the power of being within a circle of women.

  • INTEGRATION & REST

    Sound Meditation

Each gathering closes with a guided sound meditation to support rest, integration, and nervous system settling. Sounding and intuitive singing are gently woven with crystal bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments to support the body in processing and remembering what has been practiced, explored, and experienced during the gathering. Guided meditation and simple breathwork are included.

“Stardust offered an immediate sense of sisterhood, deep personal nourishment, and meaningful connection. Guided with warmth and wisdom, each gathering and one-to-one session felt like a gift of care, presence, and gentle transformation.””

What You Will Learn & experience- HEART & SPIRIT

Wellness, Ritual, Mindfulness and Celtic Folk Traditions for the Change of Seasons, Rites of Passage, and Grief Tending

Heart & Spirit learning offers an experiential introduction to contemporary Wellness and Mindfulness practices alongside the Ritual and Ceremonial practices of Animism (relationship and reciprocity with the natural world) and Celtic folk traditions that honour the rhythms of the land, the cycles of the seasons, and the natural transitions of human life. Rooted in ancestral ways of knowing and held with care and respect, this learning invites participants to reconnect with practices that support meaning, authentic relationship, and belonging.

Through seasonal teachings, holistic ritual, and reflective practices, participants explore how Celtic traditions have long marked times of change, including seasonal shifts, rites of passage, and experiences of grief and loss. These practices are offered in a non-religious and inclusive way, focusing on Animisim, presence, symbolism, relational practices and embodied connection rather than belief or doctrine.

Altar making is introduced as a grounding and creative practice, offering a way to honour intentions, transitions, and remembrance through natural objects, symbols, and personal meaning. Participants are guided to create altars that feel supportive, personal, and rooted in relationship with self, community, and the natural world.

Heart & Spirit Learning is designed for those who feel drawn to ritual, seasonal living, and grief-tending practices as tools for reflection, integration, and care. It offers a gentle bridge between ancestral wisdom and modern life, supporting participants to engage with change and transition in ways that are intentional, embodied, and deeply human.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does somatic movement entail?

Somatic movement in Circle of Stardust involves gentle, slow, and intentional movements designed to support awareness and nervous system regulation. Practices are guided and invitational, with an emphasis on noticing sensation rather than achieving specific shapes or outcomes. Movements are typically done seated or lying down and are adaptable to individual needs and comfort levels. The movements focus on releasing restrictions in the connective tissues of the body (fascia), improving breath capasity and cultivating a sense of full body and mind relaxation.

What holistic bodywork services are included in option #2 investment?

Relaxation Massage

Crainosacral Therapy

1-1 Sound Healing

Alternative non-touch options include: Life, Wellness and Grief Coaching or Intuitive Tarot Reading

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans are available. You may choose to pay in full, pay a 50 percent deposit with the remaining balance arranged in advance, or inquire about alternative options. If you have questions or need to explore a different arrangement, you are welcome to reach out to discuss what might feel supportive.

Can I participate if I have an injury or physical limitation?

In many cases, yes. Somatic movement practices are gentle and adaptable, and participation is always self-paced. You are encouraged to honour your body and modify or opt out of any movement as needed. If you have a current injury or medical condition, please share this in your application so appropriate accommodations can be considered. Circle of Stardust is not a substitute for medical care.

Do I need prior experience with somatic practices or meditation?

No prior experience is required. All practices are introduced gradually and guided with care. Beginners and those familiar with somatic or mindfulness practices are equally welcome.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Circle of Stardust is a wellness and educational offering. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it does not replace professional mental health or medical care.

What if I feel overwhelmed during a gathering?

Participation in all practices is optional and self-directed. You are welcome to rest, step back, or simply observe at any time. Supportive grounding options are offered, and you are always encouraged to listen to your own needs.

What should I bring to the gatherings?

You are encouraged to bring a journal, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as layers, a cushion, or a shawl. All essential materials for practices and altar making will be provided unless otherwise noted.

What if I miss a session?

Because the circle builds over time, attending all gatherings is encouraged. If you miss a session, you will still be able to participate in future circles, and guidance will be offered to help you reconnect with the practices.

How many participants are in the circle?

Circle of Stardust is intentionally limited to a small group to support meaningful connection and continuity. Space is limited, and participation is confirmed through the application process.
